Pre-Requisite: None
New to pole? This is the class for you! You'll learn the foundations of pole dance, including grip technique, two-handed spins, pole sits, basic flow, and floorwork. You'll also work on conditioning for holding your weight and climbing.
Creative cueing will help you learn safe technique, muscle engagement, and body awareness. Then we’ll tie the moves together in a short flowy choreography, customized for different bodies, goals, and levels of movement experience. Expect personalized feedback and enthusiastic encouragement as you learn to do really cool things. Get ready to connect with your body, surprise yourself with the amazing things you can do, and have a whole lot of fun! No prior experience necessary.

Pre-Requisite: Inversion Preparation Crunch on the Floor, Pole Sit, Beginner Two-Handed Spins, Fan Kick
Pole Level 1 builds upon Pole Foundations and introduces inverting. You'll learn advanced two-handed spins, one-handed spins, basic climbing, and beginner level skills such as the genie, jasmine, and figurehead. You'll also work on inverting technique from the ground and conditioning to help you climb to the top of the pole.

Ready to move beyond the basics but not quite into full inversions? Pole Level 1.5 is the perfect bridge between Level 1 and Level 2. This class is designed for students who feel comfortable with level 1 tricks, spins, and transitions, but may still be building strength and confidence—especially with moves like choppers.
In this class, we focus on refining Level 1 skills while beginning to layer in more complexity. You’ll work on longer, flowing sequences that incorporate climbs, knee pit grips, and transitional movement around the pole. We’ll continue developing spin technique, control, and fluidity, while also introducing elements that prepare you for future inversions.
Flexibility and conditioning are also key components, helping you safely progress toward more advanced shapes and transitions.

Pre-Requisite: Straddle invert, outside leg hang, crucifix, climb to the top of the pole, jasmine, genie, and comfort working upside down.
This class helps students build strength, control, and confidence in the air while progressing toward high-intermediate pole skills. You’ll link beginner movements into longer, fluid sequences and learn/refine core Level 2 skills such as aerial inverts, leg switches, butterflies, jade splits, and shoulder mounts.
Level 3 students will also begin exploring advanced entries and shapes, including allegra, ayesha pathways, and handspring preparation. Emphasis is placed on clean aerial entries and exits, controlled grip transitions, and strong body engagement, with layered progressions and regressions to challenge students while supporting consistent growth and safe movement.

Level 4 is designed for advanced students focusing on conditioning and dynamic sequences. Students can expect challenging combinations featuring aerial inverts, shoulder mount variations, reverse grips, handsprings, and flips. Training progresses toward advanced elements such as phoenixes, bird of paradise, spatchcock, and controlled deadlifts.

Pre-Requisite: Two-Handed Static Spins, Climb to the Top of the Pole on Static, Jasmine. Students should be in Pole Level 1 or 2 to attend this class. This class is not suitable for those at the Pole Foundations level.
For the high-beginner student, this class will introduce beginner skills on spin. You'll also learn how to elegantly sequence skills from one move to the next.

Step into the sultry world of Trip Drip, where we elevate your flow and teach you to command attention with every move. Designed for high beginner to intermediate-advanced dancers, this class is all about exploring trippy leg work, floor sequences, and base work.
You’ll learn how to:
Enhance your flow with captivating variations of body cascades.
Perfect trippy leg work, creating hypnotic patterns textures and beautiful heel ‘jellyfishing’.
Seamlessly integrate floor work, base work, and mid-pole for a dynamic & hypnotic performance.
This class will help you refine your style and build confidence whether you’re in heels or dancing barefoot. The focus is on not only mastering technique but also on learning how to captivate an audience with intention and artistry.
What to wear: This class will encourage a supportive environment for you to wear what makes you feel empowered, sensual, and confident. Class instruction will be demonstrated in pole heels. 8” inch heels and up are recommended.

An advanced heels class focused on seamless transitions, fluid sequencing, and controlled, erotic movement. Learn elements of floorwork, edge work, and Russian dance as you build continuous flow. Through the exploration of texture, tempo, weight shifts, and directional changes, you’ll learn to create a hypnotic quality that keeps your movement grounded yet powerful. Emphasis is placed on intentional musicality, refined performance, and embodying a confident, sensual presence.
Heels and kneepads required.

Pre-Requisite: Comfortable Pirouette Turn, Jasmine, Dip, Strong Push Pull Form. Not suitable for Foundations students
Low Flow is all about moving seamlessly around the base of the pole. In this class, you'll learn fluid transitions while sequencing moves into short choreography. You’ll also work on drills to help improve and discover your unique flow such as weight shifting, momentum, and opposition. The goal is to help you achieve an effortless, yet powerful flow.
The choreography for this class is primarily contemporary in style and does not involve heels. This class is appropriate for the intermediate to advanced pole dancer. It is not recommend if you are at the Pole Foundations level.

Welcome to Inversion Lab, where we look at different ways of going upside down. This class welcomes students at any stage of their pole journey: from first-time inverters to seasoned aerial athletes.
We'll look at various invert options, clean up your current inverts, and uncover new ways to move upside down, while also strengthening your form and improving control. Each class will include conditioning and drills, combined with working on all form of inversions tailored to your current level.
Whether you’re here to master your first invert, polish your technique, or play with new variations, this class offers something for everyone.

Handstand Lab is a playful, collaborative class dedicated to building strength, balance, and confidence in handstands. This class blends technique drills, conditioning, and skill exploration to help students develop stronger, more controlled handstands both on and off the pole. We’ll work on foundational elements such as shoulder engagement, alignment, kick-ups, and balance strategies, while exploring different handstand entries, shapes, and variations. Students are encouraged to experiment, troubleshoot, and refine their handstand practice with guidance, spotting, and shared learning.
Whether you're working toward your first freestanding handstand, building towards press ups, or exploring creative variations, Handstand Jam offers a supportive environment to train upside down and celebrate progress at every level.

Welcome to Werkshop, a non-pole dance class focused on twerk technique and choreography. This class also explores hip hop elements, chair work, floorwork, and performance skills, helping dancers develop the tools to create engaging dance numbers.
Choreography may be performed in dancer heels (not pole heels) for those who want to add an extra level of confidence and style. Expect a fun, supportive environment focused on skill-building, musicality, and performance.
No prior experience required!

Pre-Requisite: None
This class provides flexibility and mobility training that will help you both on and off the pole. All levels are welcome! We will work on active and passive stretching techniques including drills that you can work on at home. Modifications will be given for different levels. This is not an aerial pole class, but we will use the pole on occasion to assist with stretching.

This class provides essential cross-training exercises so you can build strength to meet your pole goals. Incorporating exercises with and without the pole, you'll learn workouts you can complete at home and in the gym. All levels are welcome, and no prior experience is required!

Bruja Style Flow is a six-week beginner heels series designed to help you slow down, connect breath with movement, and build fluidity on and around the pole. Rooted in the Bruja Style approach — created by Irlanda — this course emphasizes presence, control, and embodied expression.
Through guided drills, simple transitions, and short flow combinations, you’ll learn how to move with more ease, intention, and confidence while developing a deeper awareness of your body.
Each week we’ll build on the last layering breath, timing, and technique to help your movement feel smoother and more connected. By the end of the series, you’ll have a foundational flow sequence and tools you can carry into your pole practice and everyday life.
Heels highly encouraged but not required.

Pole Foundations Progressive is structured, 6-week pole course for those with no pole experience. Each week builds upon the previous lesson, focusing on entry-level spins and conditioning for inverts to help you advance more quickly to Pole Level 1. This course meets once a week for 6 weeks and ends with a mini routine.
You have one makeup class throughout the duration of the course.

Pole Level 1 Progressive builds on Pole Foundations, providing a structured pole course for those looking to advance to the intermediate level. Over the course of 6 weeks, you'll work on climbing, inverting technique, spins with two-points of contact, and knee pit moves.
This course meets once a week for 6 weeks and ends with a mini routine.

Open pole is a non-instructional session where you can work on skills in the studio. Sessions will be supervised by an instructor. All levels may attend, but students must have attended at least 2 pole classes of any type.
